    I used to do yoga after I gave birth to my daughter, it helped me relax and be able to cope with being a first time mommy. Yoga has also helped me feel less stressed out and more awake, you know? It’s hard to explain.. :P I haven’t done yoga in years now, but I think I definitely would want to get back into it again soon.. :)

    That place looks like the perfect place to do Yoga, so nice!

    i know exactly what you mean, ane :) you should go back, kahit once-twice a week lang. and yes, beyond yoga is such a pretty place to practice :)

    I have a sand-colored Manduka. It’s lovely. But H-E-A-V-Y! It’s not the type I’d like to sling over my shoulders, I tell ya! That’s for home practice for me!
