Today my blog turns 1!

It’s been a truly wonderful year in the blogosphere for me and I am forever going to be grateful to all those who have supported and encouraged this venture of mine. Blogging has brought me a lot of blessings and opportunities this past year and I look forward to more in the coming years ahead.

Because I believe in the importance of giving back, here’s a contest for all of you who read, comment, support and subscribe to my blog. It is also a chance for those who do not yet to do so!

Before going to the contest mechanics, let me outline for a minute my 1st Anniversary theme: I Blog to Thank. As I mentioned, I want to take this opportunity to thank all those who have been with me in my year’s journey in blogging and so what better theme but thankfulness or gratitude. I hope to be able to inspire you, too, to take time out to see what you are grateful for this past year.

With that, here are the mechanics of the Three Cheers and Many Thanks Blog Contest by Yapatoots

The contest will run from 12 noon of May 2, 2010 and will end May 31, 2010 at midnight Philippine time. Contest open worldwide, provided winner is willing to shoulder shipping costs should he/she win. For Philippine based winners, I will shoulder the cost of shipping.

1.Write a blog entry about what you are grateful for this past year. It can be anything at all — from new gadgets, to life changing experiences…whatever it is you are thankful for. Be sure to include the following in your post. (REQUIRED. 10 points for complete and valid entries)

2. Subscribe to my blog via email. Be sure to verify your subscription! (REQUIRED. 3 points for valid and verified subscriptions)

I know some of you do this only as part of the contest requirements,but I hope even after the contest you don’t unsubscribe

3. Add me to your blogroll (Optional. 3 points)

4. Like my Facebook Page (Optional. 2 points)

5. Follow me on Twitter. (Optional. 2 points)
