PhotoHunt: Walking in Paradise.

I miss the summer already. Even though it is technically summertime here in the Philippines, we’ve been experiencing extreme weather. Indeed, global warming is upon us.

I love walking down the beach, whether alone or with a friend, or with my constant companion Bubba. Being by the water gives me a sense of peace and calm.

This is a photo from Talicud Island, Davao City. They have the most gorgeous beaches! What I liked best about Talicud Island is it’s quiet serenity. Unlike other more populated beaches, there were no bars or restaurants lining the shore. For a beach bum like me, that is just fabulous.

I’d have to say the beach is almost better than the infamous Boracay, but Bora will always be Bora to me.

Wow,white sand! Boracay is crowded already. It’s good to see that we still have virgin beaches like this.

Walking by the beach is delightful! Wish I could do it more often but I live too far away. Would love to walk along the beach on Talicud Island. It looks so beautiful.

This looks like a lovely setting for a walk. It is warm here now… I prefer the in between.. not too cold, not too warm. This was a colder winter here than usual. Thanks for stopping by.

I love the beach too and i’m getting browner nowadays, thanks to the beach:) It’s been years since I’ve been to Talicud. We keep postponing our plans to get there.
